Is ordering a vehicle more expensive than buying one on the lot?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you order a vehicle you still qualify for rebates + any applicable discounts.

Are all ordered units the same price no matter what dealership?

Not all dealers price their ordered vehicles the same. Tri-Lakes is known for having the best-priced vehicles on the lot and via ordering.

How does ordering a vehicle work?

You speak with a salesmen and tell them exactly what you want, you put a deposit down of $1,000 once the vehicle is in we will finish the paperwork and the vehicle is yours to be picked up or delivered.

Does one have to come into the dealership?

No. you can order your vehicle over the phone and then we can deliver the vehicle to your home.

Can you still trade-in a vehicle?

Yes! We will still buy your trade-in vehicle from you. We can buy your trade the day your order (value based off of the market) or we can buy your trade the day your ordered vehicle is delivered (value based off of the market).

How long does it take to get the ordered vehicle in?

Manufacturer estimated wait time is 8-12 weeks but can be longer depending on option and color choice.
